2. Booking & Payments
2.1. All Hajj and Umrah bookings require a deposit, with the remaining balance to be cleared before departure.
2.2. Prices are subject to availability and may change due to airline, hotel, or government fee adjustments.
2.3. Payments must be made via approved methods, including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or cash.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges may apply depending on how close the departure date is.
3.2. Deposits are generally non-refundable, except in specific cases at our discretion.
3.3. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 working days after cancellation approval.
4. Travel Documents & Visas
4.1. It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have a valid passport and meet all visa requirements.
4.2. Madina Travels assists in visa processing but is not liable for visa rejections or delays.
4.3. Any changes to visa policies by the Saudi government are beyond our control.
5. Travel & Accommodation
5.1. Hotels and transport are subject to availability and may be changed to similar alternatives if needed.
5.2. Check-in/check-out times follow hotel policies, and early check-ins are not guaranteed.
5.3. Flight delays, cancellations, or changes are the responsibility of the airline, and we are not liable for any disruptions.
6. Liability & Responsibilities
6.1. While we strive to provide a smooth travel experience, Madina Travels is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, including flight delays, natural disasters, or medical emergencies.
6.2. Travelers must have valid travel insurance to cover unexpected incidents.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1. All travelers must respect the laws and customs of Saudi Arabia.
7.2. Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of services without a refund.
